The following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below whenever they appear in these Terms:

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information as requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details and for updating them promptly in the event of any change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 999cx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or proxy accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, 999cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any remaining balances, including real-money balances, at its discretion.
999cx may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and delay of any pending withdrawal.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered solely in your own name. 999cx does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Platform's cashier section at the time of deposit. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to 999cx's standard betting rules and any sport-specific or event-specific rules published in the relevant sportsbook or casino section.
A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted and a confirmation reference has been issued by the Platform. 999cx reserves the right to decline, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion, including in circumstances where a manifest pricing error has occurred.
Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: event cancellation; obvious pricing errors; incomplete events where the outcome cannot be determined; or where there is evidence of event manipulation, including match-fixing. Void bets return the original stake to the User's Real Money Balance.
Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL/T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are subject to standard cricket betting rules. In-play markets (live betting) close immediately upon any significant in-game event that materially affects the market. 999cx reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without prior notice.
All casino games on 999cx are provided by third-party technology partners. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are set by the game provider and are theoretical long-run values — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected game rounds will be declared void and stakes returned.

999cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the resolution of pending bets and the deduction of any bonus balances will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance concerns.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999cx holds its operating license. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Nothing in this clause shall be construed as a representation by 999cx that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan or in any other territory. Users are solely responsible for assessing their legal position under applicable local law.
